When he was saying he thinks he deserves recognition from the board for showing them some gaping holes in their security systems, the head of security said something like "We have one of the most sophisticated security systems"

And then Jesse Eisenberg said something like "Well if you knew where you were supposed to look, you could have seen it written on my dorm room window."

What was that exact line that he said about the dorm room window and what did he mean by it?

I can't say the exact quote, but what he was doing was referring to the algorithm for the ratings he got from his friend, Eduardo. He had written the algorithm on his window as he explained it.
