Im in the middle of cooking something i don't know right now. help? what dish has chicken, cream, mushrooms, potato, bell pepper and carrots?
 
chop carrots,mushroom and bell peppers and potatoes in small squares.
Heat oil in a non stick pan / wok & saute the mixed vegetables,(potatoes take more time so fry them first, then add other veggies) remove and keep aside.
In the same vessel fry the chicken then put in the the mixed vegetables and salt n pepper(any other seasoning u want).
let it cook in its own steam.
In the end, add cream and mix everything well.
Serve hot.
 
If you are throwing it all in a pot and baking it, that would be a casserole. That sounds fabulous. I'd add cheese on top about 10 minutes before done baking.
 
Chicken paprika w/ mashed.potatoes and it's good with noodles too ..YUM = )
