what do each of the f keys do on a pachard bell easynote laptop do specifically?

f2 looks like its something to do with wireless f3 looks like its maybe putting laptop to sleep f11 and 12 might be lighter darker i am not keen on trying them in case i cant get back to where i began also are there a combination of keys to do different things i.e would caplock have an effect or shift etc
 
Those keys turn on and off some compents inside the pc so F2 in your case would be the wirless in order to enable and disable you should have a FN key located down at the bottom left this will be the same color as the wireless logo.

other options on there include volume up and down. brightness and so on search for the user manual for a full explanation.
 
The F keys (function keys) use vary from brand, model and operating system to the next so would recommend you download the user guide from Packard Bell customer support website.
