I got my braces off about 4 months ago and about a month after that I lost my retainer and I don't know what to do!!! I mean now my teeth have grown father apart a bit and are sort of joined a the top andbut at te bottom part of my two front teeth are apart more!! What should I do? I mean just because I went through a sort od down phase and now my consequences have ruined the 2 years of treatment I had for my braces... got any advice?
