My friend tried unlocking my Incredible 2 Android phone, and she locked it out. It then wont let me unlock it unless i have a google account, and I have no Google Account linked to it, and I made one on a computer to sign in on the phone, bur it did not work. I don't want to download anything that would unlock it, or jailbreak it of some sort. I saw someone say something about a hard reset, and I don't know what that is. I don't want to loose like my pictures or anything on it... help?
