...please help i need one !? Hi i live in ottawa i would like to get a scooter (like you know for the teens not the vespa) a 50cc that could go max 70 km/h but i dont what i need (insurance,liscence,plate, etc.. ) PLEASE HELP THANK YOU VERY MUCH
