What do I say to my GP about my acne?

I have an appointment with my GP today and I have moderate acne which over the counter treatments won't cure. I know this sounds like a really dumb question but when I go in there what do I say? What do I ask? I've never done this before so thanks

Oh and what things may he ask me?

I know I asked this like 20 mins ago but I got noone actually answering the question..
