what do l need to have a private runway in my property and if l can land with a 777

or 747 in the same runway? or if the goverment can let me have it, to use it as a cargo place of my products like bananas orange and many others? and how much will be around the cost of operations of a private jet of 6 or 9 passengers and a 777 or 747?
