What do people do with their old VHS and DVD's that they no longer watch

or have upgraded to DVD? What do people do with their old VHS(video tapes) and DVD's that they no longer watch or have upgraded to DVD? What do most people do with their old VHS(video tapes) and DVD's in a situation like this? Is there any ways to make money from them? It's either that or donate them to Deseret Industries(a mormon owned Goodwill company). Or sell the DVD's to Hastings. Are they any other options ? What about the VHS(video tapes)? I have several episodes of "doctor who"(the old classic serials ) that are on video tape. What do I about them and the other movies that I've upgraded to DVD buy still have on videotape?Are there any websites online that might be able to help me and my parent's out in this?
