She's hard to read but feels like she's flirting.

If she works for you, better leave her alone because there are legal repercussions if you make any sort of move.

I'd say be cautious, ask her to go out as friends and only give her romantic signals if she seems to be into you. Gotta be careful not to give her unwanted attention.

i know about sexual tension, you just wana throw yourself all over someone but you cant... one of my friends inpeticular. he is definatley sexually frustrated with me cus he thinks im just a tease ;)
