What do you get an 11-year old girl for her birthday, from your 11-year old son?

My son has been invited to a birthday party by a female classmate (5th graders). This is no "ordinary" invitation--this girl "kind of" likes my son. So, what do I buy (on my son's behalf) that will be nice, but doesn't send the "wrong" message? This is uncharted territory for me!
