My family has been with Sprint since 2001. OH MY GOD! I begin to hate it, especially the customer service. The plan/price is good, but not the Customer Service. I have to call EVERY MONTH to complain about my bill. So when I call, this rep. says this, another month I call about the samething, another rep. says differently. I told them that my dad is not that satisfied with the customer service lately and that he is thinking about changing it to another carrier, the rep immediately jumped in and said that she would transfer me to the Account department so I can cancel the service and pay the termination fee. I am so mad at them right now. What do you guys think of Sprint?
