3 contractors from different countries went to see the government official in charge to offer to bulid the 2nd bridge.

Korean said, "I build 2nd bridge need $300K; $100K for materials cost, $100K for labours cost, $100K for profits."

American said, "I build 2nd bridge need $600K; $200K for materials cost(American's material is finest in quality), $200K for labours cost(American's labour skill is exceptional), $200K for profits(American's living standard is high)."

Malaysian said, "I build 2nd bridge need $900K…"
Person in charge asked, "Why yours proposal is so expensive?"

Malaysian answered, "I take $300K, you take $300K, balance $300K pass to Korean to build the 2nd bridge…"
