What do you think of internet dating sites like eharmony?

I'm 20, and I absolutely can't find a boyfriend in real life. I'm really, really lonely. I've actually NEVER had a boyfriend in my whole life.

Since I can't find one in my daily life... what do you think the chances of me finding one on eharmony are? Have you had any positive experiences with internet dating?

I feel like a loser for even considering it... but how else am I ever going to find anyone?
 
Plenty of people have success with internet dating, you're not a loser for considering it. It's just another method of meeting people, and it makes it kinda easy. I've tried eHarmony before, and I did like it because you have to go through some serious assessments, and then they do the matching for you so you don't have to browse through endless profiles. However, I found it to be highly over-priced. I used PlentyofFish.com, which is a free site, and the dates I went on with people from that site were comparable to the dates I went on with people from eHarmony. Try internet dating, you may have luck with it. And you're only 20, it's not the end of your life if you're single. I'm 29, never been married and met the most amazing guy through a mutual friend. You never know when or how you will meet someone special.
