Anyone who's seen the movie knows the actual ending. Rachael McAdams leaves Ryan Gosling to go back to her fiancee, changes her mind, then ends up happily ever after until they die together years later.
I have a better ending.
McAdams leaves Gosling to go back to her fiancee. She gets there and changes her mind. Then she goes back to Gosling's house to find him dead, hanging from the tree in the front yard.
She screams and cries. Then she decides all isn't lost. She can go back to the fiancee. She gets to the hotel to find he has slit his wrists and is lying dead in the bathtub. On the wall written in his own blood is a heart with his and her names in it.
Shocked, Rachel McAdams goes to the pharmacy, buys a bottle of sleeping pills, and takes all of them. Thus killing herself. The End.
(Keep in mind, the whole old people part of the film would have to be deleted.
