Frist Few Pages:
As Trisha collapsed on her bed, breathing raggedly, Justin dashed into her room. His face was red and his eyes were rounder than Kim Kardashian’s butt.
After looking at her angrily for about a minute he shouted, “What the heck did you do?”
“ I did what needed to be done,” she calmly responded.
“What are you talking about? We were fine! Perfectly fine!” He gave her look of death, and then said, “You are the most selfish person in the world, Trisha. I hope the agencies kill you.”
He stormed out, leaving Trisha alone and shocked. The shock came slowly, painfully as it crept into her heart. Mixing with the feeling of what she had just done, she started to cry, nearly choking on each sob as it came out. She saw the knife in her drawer but quickly slammed the drawer shut. “I will not resort to that,” she thought. “Not again.”

---------- A Few Months Earlier----------

“Good night! I love you guys! You are the best fans in world!!” she happily shouted, before blowing them a kiss and then running off stage.
She made her way to the bathroom for some alone time. No doubt her mom was looking for her everywhere to tell her that this was the best performance yet, and her voice coach was waiting for her in the bus that she lived in to tell her what notes she had missed.
Finally she got the bathroom. She took one look in the mirror and spit at her reflection.
“God you’re such a fake piece o-,” she started.
“Wow someone has self-esteem issues!” a voice called out behind her, cutting her off.
Trisha whipped her head around, looking for the boy that had just said that. Finally she saw him perched upon the bathroom stall with a smug look on his face.
“Justin! What the heck are you doing here? This is my ‘me time’.”
“Just checking up on how my BFF in the whole wide world is doing!” he joked in a little kid voice. “Apparently not so great…”
“Understatement of the year. It’s just so hard, you know?”
“Well however hard it is for me it must be about ten times harder for you.”
“Ugh! What am I going to do?” She said, distress leaking into her voice. Her eyes started to become watery as she turned her face downwards.
“Please don’t cry Trisha! It’s hard enough already.”
“Don’t you think I know that? Why can’t I just tell every one I’m just a huge fake! That my name isn’t Trisha Westfield, I’m not from Arizona, and that I am completely and totally plastic! From head to toe!”
Justin eyes got huge and then whispered, “Trisha shut-up! What if this room is bugged?”
“Shoot.”
“Yea ‘shoot’ is right,” he said in a quiet voice. “Now repeat what I say, Sorry Justin I just had a mental break-down.”
“Sorry Justin I just had a mental break-down.”
“And sometimes I imagine things that just aren’t true. It’s just the pressure is too much.”
“And sometimes I imagine things that just aren’t true. Its just the pressure is too much.“
“Good job now it is still safe,” he said walking out of the bathroom.
Trisha followed him looking around to see if anyone might’ve heard that. No one was around. She breathed out a sigh of relief. The Secret of Hollywood was still safe for now.

“Ohmigod that was by far your best performance yet Trisha!” her mom rejoiced as she picked her up into a big hug.
“Can’t-t breathe,” Trisha said her voice strained.
“Sorry!” her mom replied
“It’s okay...”
“What’s wrong?”
“What do you mean what’s wrong?”
“You’re upset. I can tell.”
“How?”
“I just can. Now tell me!”
“Fine! Um… mom why did you let me become a singer?”
“It’s what you wanted to do. I will always let you follow your dreams, no matter how stupid they are.”
“Ha. But even after everything they did to me, after everything they did to all of us, you still supported me? I mean think of what they did!”
“Honey everything has a price!”
“But I just don’t want to do this anymore mom! It is way too much pressure!”
“Too bad. You picked this life Trisha! You knew what you were getting into!
“No. I. Didn’t,” tears started to rain down Trisha’s cheeks, “I didn’t want this.
“I’m sorry but this is just what you have to work with now, there’s no going back.”
