Every day my husband complains of sore and tender kidneys when he wakes up. Sometimes during the day if he sits for too long, same thing. He doesn't want to go to the doctor due to his current lack of insurance. He said he's had the problem for a few years.. and has researched it and only found that's its really common and nothing to worry about. I'm worried regardless. Other than the obvious, which is, "See a doctor," does anyone have any advice?
