What does "drivers window" entail exactly on CA driving test?

I am taking my CA driving test on thursday, and i have a question. In the pre driving box it says "drivers window, what does that mean? like what do i do? The car i plan on driving doesn't go up or down very well, is this okay?(it's an old car)
and also, if anyone has any tips that would be really helpfull.im FREAKING OUT, i'm so so so nervous
i'm not licensed thats why i asked.
 
All parts of the car a supposed to work. A fully licensed driver should understand the hazards of an sub-standard car.
