So basically me and this guy are friends so I said this to him as a joke but his response confused me. What does this mean?

Me: my school is giving out vanilla-flavored lube in a spring break survival kit. Just thought I'd let you know.
Him: that sounds...DELICIOUS
Me: you're sick.
Him: you're not :p

What does that mean??

sounds kinda perverted to me but it sounds like he's saying your not refering to your last comment about bein sick hes saying your not sick that sounds delicious. So maybe hes into that stuff ok i'd have to know the reaction and everything else
 
i think hes probably being sarcastic cause you said your sick and he said your not meaning you actually are cause you came up with the vanilla lube story.
 
I think he thought you were flirting with him by letting him know about the lube, and you wanted him to use it on you. Then when you suggested it, he was taken back that you weren't "sick" in the thinking too.
