it feels good. the position determains on if you're laying down or not. you can grab their head, run your fingers through their hair to make them know it feels good. it feels like there is a toung on your vagina moving around to be honest. it feels good but that is honestly what it feels like. if you're standing up he usually goes down but i would sugest laying down. it makes you more relaxed. good luck!
