what does it mean "must have sense of humor" on job requirement?

Does this mean I have to tell jokes and be funny all the time?
 
It means you need to bring your personality to the job. If you are a stick in the mud or a sad sack do not apply!
 
no it just means that ud laugh and be comfortable around people who tell funny stories and jokes because that is the environment you will work in. if you do not enjoy hearing jokes and hate funny people then u probably wouldn't be suited for that working environment.
 
Ask yourself three questions:

1) do I laugh when someone makes a joke that I think is funny (when the timing is appropriate)?
2) do I tell jokes or go along with jokes (when the timing is appropriate)?
3) do I like to have fun at my workplace?

If you answered "no" to any of these questions you are not who they are looking for. Otherwise, you should be fine, just try to relax and be yourself.
