"And I fell at his feet to worship him. And he said to me, See, do not do it! I am your fellow servant, and of your brothers who have the testimony of Jesus. Worship God, for the testimony of Jesus is the spirit of prophecy." Rev 19:10

What also do we learn about the True Spirit of Truth, that He will not speak of Himself?

"However, when He, the Spirit of Truth, has come, He will guide you into all truth. For He shall not speak of Himself, but whatever He hears, He shall speak. And He will announce to you things to come." John 16:13

"And when the Comforter has come, whom I will send to you from the Father, the Spirit of truth who proceeds from the Father, He shall testify of Me." John 15:26

If the Heavenly Father sends the very Spirit of Truth, to be our Comforter and to Testify of the TRUTH of Jesus the Christ, then what does that say about Jesus ?

Lastly, what does it really mean that He is the Head of ALL principality and power ?

"Beware lest anyone rob you through philosophy and vain deceit, according to the tradition of men, according to the elements of the world, and not according to Christ.
For in Him dwells all the fullness of the Godhead bodily.
And you are complete in Him, who is the Head of all principality and power," Col 2:8-10

Thank you much for pondering these questions, dearly beloved of God, and Much LOVE to YOU and to all! : )

Have a very Happy New Year in the Truth that sets us free, and makes us Complete in Him who fills all things!
(((No Chance without Jesus:))) He is our LIFE in every way! God bless you dear friend! : )

(((Jim:))) Very good! : )

Prophecy means forth-telling of the truth. It does not necessarily have to do with telling future events, although it can mean that as well. A preacher who teaches the word of God on Sunday morning is prophecying in every sense of the word. The point that this phrase is making is that true prophecy always has the truth of Jesus at the core of it. The bible is all about Jesus. Not every verse, but the overall theme of it. That is to say, every account in the bible is in some way linked up with the unfolding story of Jesus and His redemptive purpose.
