What does it mean when a guy wants to introduce you to his family?

I think maybe it's kind of a big deal, but I don't know. I'm 25 and he's in his 40's and we've been together for 7 months. He doesn't have any kids so these are other family members.

He might think you are to good to be true and he wants the opinion of his family.
And he probably likes you very much.
