There's quite a few denominations of Christianity, are you sure you're speaking for all of them?

It's situational, and of course depends on the Jewish authority in Judaism. Orthodox seem to not have found a reason from the Torah to be against it.

Life is all important.

So, if it can save a life, then it's a good thing.

Personally, I worry about taking the technology into a wrong direction. It's so fraught with dangerous and tempting possibilities.

You're not clear if you mean sheep or humans.

Obviously, lots of Christians are OK with sheep cloning. Obviously, some are not.

Orthodox Jews might think it's wrong, but Reform, who are the majority, probably don't have a problem with sheep being cloned. It is ultimately up to each individual to decide.

Orthodox Jews are probably against human cloning. Reform probably believe we are not yet ready for it, but probably think it's inevitable, and not really so bad because indentical twins are essentially clones.
