...and other men and women? if someone says interested in men and women because he is bisexual, I ask this because I don't get what does mean this option in facebook? sexual preferences or it's about friendship
 
I'm pretty sure it's intended to be sexual preference but maybe some people misunderstand when they're filling it in :$
 
It means sexual preferences, "interested in" would translate "attracted to". One would assume that you wouldn't only want to be friends with one gender...
 
If they are interested in both men and women, they are bisexual.
