I know this is stupid to ask but I really want to know just in case because I was driving on a street where there was photo enforced. What picture will they take? Driving past a red light? Can you turn against a red light even though there wasn't a sign that say no turn against red? Do they flash right away or it'll take them 5 sec or so? Is there any website where you can check you are ticket for these kind of photo enforced?
