my friends said that blu-ray makes the ps3 read with a blue laser instead of a red but i know theres more. Also, are all ps3 games in blu-ray or only the new ones?

blu ray is a new technology

high definition DVD's with massive amounts of storage capabilities

Blu-ray does use a blue laser. They reason is that the blue laser is smaller and can read smaller amounts of the disk which gives blu-ray discs much more storage space.

This can lead to slower load times and the first poster suggested however by increasing the storage space it also increases the quality of the graphics.

Not all of the games take advantage of the blu-ray technology but most of the new ones do.

Blu-Ray does indeed use a blue laser. This means that the disks can have a much greater storage capacity than a DVD.
