I literally went 45 hours without any sleep because I was so worried about this guy rejecting me

Then I prayed and said "God let me marry him because I need his help."

AFter I prayed that I prayer, I felt so much peace I felt like my soul was about to leave my body and now 3 weeks later, I am still at peace... a peace I have never felt or known... I have more peace in my heart then people that are dead...

My friend also likes him and she had a beautiful voice but for some reason they rejected her when she tried to join the worship team, and before it seemed she was guranteed a place on the same worship team as him....

I went from being extremely anxious and nervous around him to feeling nothing at all...

It does NOT mean you will marry him, if that's what you are asking. You have to anchor your spiritual experiences in Biblical truth and in reality. Since there is no verse saying whether you will marry this guy, you need to use the common sense God gave you. Are you in a relationship with the man? It doesn't sound like you are. If you aren't even dating, you really can't say that you will marry based on a feeling you had after not sleeping 45 hours and then praying.

I'm not sure what your friend not getting in the choir has to do with anything.
