I make it with 2 chicken breast halves for 2 meals or 2 servings.
1. put chicken breast in a baking pan
2. put sliced onion, green pepper strips and zucchini sliced & cut in quarters over that
3. Pour over your favorite jar of salsa
4. bake at 35 for about 45 mins.
5. if using the cheese, sprinkle some over the top about 5 minutes before it's due to come out of the oven. Put back in to melt.
Super simple, healthy, delicious, and with all that flavor in the salsa, not added seasoning necessary.
My mom saw this on tv. You make chicken breasts and can make a sauce with asparagus and redpeppers with sage. its really good.
For Crispy chicken you rub Honey/dijon mustard on it then you can bread it in cornflakes and greek spices or just seasoning salt... it`s gluten free.. and then you fry it in olive oil in a pan then you put it in the oven then bake it.... it`s GREAT
