What drawing style is this?

I found this picture on google and I LOVED the art style it was drawn in. I don't have the link to the picture and since I'm on my iPad, I can't post it so the best I can do is describe the image.

It looks anime/manga style except the girl's eyes in this picture look more like large realistic-like eyes and the nose is round with a bit of detail and the lips isn't just a simple line like anime style tends to have, they are thick...any clue as to what I am talking about? Her head seems to be less sharp then what anime style normally has as well and she is also a little more skinny...
