what dressing style is this? pictures included...?

quite a few girls dress this way at my school.
is there a name to this style (ex: preppy, girly, etc)

It is a preppy style. It seems a bit like boho chic to me, but thats just my opinion ;)
They look like black fedora hats to me.
The clothes kind of seem like an Asian style ;3
