What effect does 2 rabies shots have on a puppy?

I took my pup to a shelter to have her spayed and showed all her paperwork and vaccinations and she was current but they gave her another rabies shot and she just had one last month. She seems fine right now (still waiting for the grogginess from the surgery to wear out). But I am very worried. I have called the vet and left a message.

well slightly raises the risk of a bad reaction to the vaccination (since there are two to react to) but if she was not reactive to the first the chances she'll react to second are slim
