character? I think the person was a girl and she had a put a curse on Eustace or something like that and he had a gray rainy cloud over his head. From what I can remember it was a girl with short white hair but it's been awhile since i've seen that episode.
 
Her name is Shirley and the episode is "The Curse Of Shirley" =)
