I'm not looking for abs, especially, but just to lose weight in my stomach. I exercizeregularly which includes crunches, swimming, running, lifting weights and I have healthy eating habits as well and watch my calories. Yet I still can't seem to lose weight in my stomach and love handles area. Are there any good cardio or aerobic eexercises that will specifically help me lose weight in the stomach?
