Okay so i'm a girl aged 15 and need to lose a few pounds 
I'm not fat,But i tend to gain on my legs and hips, I want to tone up,shed fat and gain muscle..
But i don't want to look like the hulk, i want to be toned and slim,not too slim though
I was thinking of doing the jordan workout (i tried it before and it was REALLY good- It's the only one i found so far that i can keep up with and don't get super bored with)
Also 500 situps, 200 LEGLIFTS(EACH LEG)
And i also have a stepper machine thing,but it's sooo hard D:
I suppose i could manage to do 200, And eventually work up to 400?
How does that sound?
