What fish would go together in my 20g freshwater fishtank?

i want a Bala shark and Cichlids, would they kill each other or balance out well. i want my fish to be bright and draw attention to themselves. But guppies seem lame to me.

Your aquarium is too small to house those fish.

I have a twenty gallon and I keep 2 German blue rams, 6 marbled hatchetfish, and four corydoras.

Rams are very sensitive to water quality, and should be added to an established tank. Be sure to fully cycle your aquarium if you want these fish.
