•appointment with a medical practitioner whenever they disclose a health, medical or injury condition
•health benefits that older adults can achieve from exercise
•effect of the aging process and activity on social and psychological outlook towards exercise
•social and psychological benefits that older adults can achieve from exercise
•modification of exercise to ensure safe participation
