What fitness classes should I take?

I want to find a fun (and effective!) way to work out. I am especially concerned with my midsection, but I would like to tone my butt and thighs too (I would like to lose around 10 lbs). I have quite a few fitness classes that interest me:
Zumba
Aqua Zumba
Sexy (pole/striptease)
Boxing circuit
Awesome Abs
and Circuit training (not a class, just individual)

To meet my particular goals, what do you think would be most effective?

Also, do you have any healthy eating tips? I refuse to go on a diet, because that word freaks me out...but I'm trying to make healthier choices.
 
Zumba is soooo fun! And MAN, you HURT the next day. It works! The healthiest eating tip I can give you is, eat several times a day. Every 3-4 hours, even if you are not hungry, eat a piece of fruit or celery... something. It will speed up your metabolism boosting your weight loss. It isn't a diet. It's what we should all do just to be healthier! Good luck :)
 
zumba is fun and my friend said it was very effective (especially on the thighs)
