what format should i convert my video (flv) file into for my sony ericsson w910i?

im trying to convert my flv files for my sony ericsson w910i and i want to know which format and if it keeps the quality of the video

3GP,MP4,REALVIDEO 8 , WMV 9,MP3?AAC?AAC+?eAAC+,etc are supported by sony ericsson w910i.So the only thing you should do is get the flv file converted to one of them.
