What gender are my budgies/parakeets?
I just got 2 budgies today and I can't figure out the genders. The first one has a brownish/redish cere. Its the smallest. The second one has a pure blue cere. Can you please tell me the genders of them because i really need to know.
PS: The lady at the pet store says theyre both very young
