What gives you the creeps?

Ouch, My sister has been stung on the head before :S I've been stung on the foot.. still hurt lol. I don't know why but I love spiders, I love snakes, scorpions and all that big bad 'scary' stuff but when it comes to a little flying piece of crap I literally run a mile screaming.:woo:

Depends on the species. The Chilean rose is great. They are really docile. If you put your hand under them, they just get on and explore a bit. Another good species is Brachypelma smithi (the mexican red knee) when you think tarantula its the one you think of. Again generally docile, happy to be handled. Goliath tarantula (foot span of around a dinner plate) not happy being handled generally, best not.

The other consideration is there are two subsets, terrestrial or ground dwelling, the docile species are very good for handling generally. Arboreal, climbers. They may jump when you're trying to handle them. Pink toes (Avicularia avicularia) included. Although generally very docile, if they're comfortable they shouldn't jump.

I use the term generally so much because individuals do vary.

things with lost of little pin-pricks or gouges in them, especially when they make a pattern and especially if that pattern emanates out from one central point or if it makes star shapes....seriously things like this make me want to vomit- I've gone all tingly just thinking about it

Having my TV or radio volume on an odd number (doesn't give me the creeps, just annoys me and I can't relax)
The way that 80% of the population eat Ice-cream/yoghurt, putting it on the spoon and then pulling it through their lips and leaving a smooth blob on the spoon:eek3: :eek3:
The sensation of chewing on bits of wool

lol i thought that was just me. in my bedroom tv and my car radio i have to have the volume on an even number (like you said doesnt give me the creeps, just annoys me)

a weird OCD i have (i also prefer not to use 12 or 14 as they are next to 13 :S) im not that superstitious, just a weird thing :p:
