What happened to limewire and frostwire?

Limewire doesn't seem to work anymore and Frostwire is running off of Torrents.

Does anyone know any other programs that don't consist of Torrents????

use one back release example 4.21.8 dont update :D and still work but with many junk files read and choice carefully.
