I'm an atheist of Jewish decent, and I know exactly where foreskins go, but I suppose you're not interested in my 'opinion', are you?
 
Why is this important? Are they using them to make clones?
 
I believe it's discarded, as it has no practical purpose once it's cut.
 
When you know something for a fact, you don't need to offer an opinion. But I'm an atheist and you don't want any facts from me.
 
Maybe, they laid it on an altar and burned it to God? I have often wondered what they did with that all-important piece of flesh.
