what happens withh my ares??? It won't open with the windows7?

I downloaded the regular ares and it worked until i closed it , the it wouldn't open again!!!.
So I tried downloading a version that said to be compatible with windows 7 , but the same happened
 
well I don't know if you still have the same problem but since no one has replied... I had the exact same problem that after I downloaded ares and close it I couln't opened anymore and right now I still can't open it with a shortcut on my desktop but I can open it with the little icon on my taskbar,I don't know if it would work on your computer but in mine it did so hope this helps :)
