My computer is ridiculously low on memory and needs to be cleaned up, i've run DISC CLEANUP plenty of times and removed all the software I possibly can, my printer programmes and photos are taking up most of the space, but I wish to keep them on there.
I've never run a disc defrag before and was wondering if this will help?

Yep, it will help, You need to download your pic's on a flash drive or something similiar, that will free up space.

It will help a little bit but your best to get a bigger hard drive or another external hard drive.

You should de-frag anyways though, it rarely hurts.

Maybe, can't hurt but virtual memory too low is usually caused by bugs. Look in your task manager processes and see if something is eating up all your CPU and memory first.
Hint, lots of Java updates are broken, get rid of all Java then reinstall as new.

Yes , Disk Defrag wiil definetely help cause it will group all the files together in your Hard disk and restore a lot of space.
