What healthy snacks could I eat to hold over my hunger?

I have done this also. What I try to do to hold me over in between meals is I prepare some carrot and celery sticks ahead of time. Usually I do this on the weekends and just keep them cut up in the fridge so I can grab a couple to munch on. I prepare them ahead of time because when Im hungry, the last thing I want to do is stop and take the time to cut up some veggies when its easier to grab a bag of chips or something. Its better to have the healthy snack available when you get the bored eating cravings or in between meals. Pick some of your favorite veggies, have them ready, also cut up some fruit so that's on hand for you to grab too. Enjoy! :^)
