Come on now! there has to be something healthy besides salads! Salads don't fill you up, and it's kinda boring! Any suggestions.
Yes salads are healthy. But I am human! I can't just eat salads all the time! they are boring! there has to be more healthier choices!

soups?

steamed veggies

ask the chef to come to your table and ask him to make you something healthy

in nice restaurants theyll be glad to make you something special+

Sometimes on the menu they will make a notation of what is healthier. At olive garden they put a little leaf next to the entree. Also, applebees has a weight watchers section. Grilled chicken is healthy. A sandwich can be healthy, just make sure to ask for no mayo because that can add 100 calories right there.

There is an answer to your problem.
Go to SOUP PLANTATION and everything you eat there will be healthy.

grilled fish or chicken with steamed vegetables, potatoes or rice, and water. Be careful, salads can have alot of fat so don't fool yourself. Don't drink alcohol either if your trying to lose fat, alcohol has alot of calories, especially spirits and other hard liquor drinks

Broiled or baked fish, lean cuts of meat, chicken without heavy sauces, steamed or sauteed veggies, tofu dishes. Actually there's plenty and you can always ask for a modified dish. I went to a restaurant recently and ordered a signature chicken dish that comes with a creamy mushroom sauce. I asked for no sauce and the mushrooms sauteed on the side along with a green vegetable. They were happy to oblige!

alot of people say to lose weight and to be healthy you should eat salads. it doesnt matter about what you eat it matters about the portion of it. You could get a cheeseburger at a restaurant but cut it in half and share it or take it home for the next day.

you can eat anything you want. just eat it in moderation.. such as carbs.. alot of carbs are bad for you but a little or some small portions are okay.. chicken is always good for you, rice is too. seafood as well as long as its not dunked in fatty batter.. drink water not soda. also dont fill up on bread if they give you bread

Soups...fish dishes...not really the case though, a lot of restaurants make a mess out of seemingly healthy stuff like that..

I think anything in the menu in a restaurant is healthy. The only thing to remember is not eat too much of it. Because we all need a balance diet. We need the go, grow and glow foods. Salad is just a glow food so you still need to take go( contains carbohydrate like potato or bread ) and the grow ( meat or milk ).
