What helps you sleep?

What helps you guys sleep? I need to get to sleep but I'm restless and not tired. And I need to get to bed because I have a big day tomorrow. What are some ways that have worked for you guys?
 
I usually just get myself to a comfortable temperature (blankets for body, and ceiling fan to cool the head), and then put on my favorite playlist on the volume setting just one above from being able to barely hear it...

Hope you get your sleep... I need some too...Going on Yahoo Answers rather than finishing up my Spanish essay xD
 
Listen to music
Read
Do some light work out
Watch TV

find something that will make you feel kind of tired that you'll be able to snooze easily! =)
 
Meditation relaxes the mind and body. You'll wake up refreshed.
 
Well idk if this helps or not but I usually take medicine that makes you fall asleep like PM's or other medicine even if im not sick it still helps. I hope that helped a little :)
 
if possable have someone rub your back, if not possable dring some milk and read a book.
 
i drink tea before i go to bed. or maybe reading, if you're not a big reader.
 
Not thinking about anything. I just talk to myself... I actually sleep better during the late moring not at night. It's the getting up part I have difficulty with.
 
Well, this will sound weird, but try to get very comfy. With alot of blankets and pillows. and/or i sleep with my tv on.
 
turkey sandwich and glass of milk have sleep power in it, seriously. For the future, I have a routine. I take a shower and watch T.V. or a movie to wind down. Along with a few other things. But you should do the things that help you.

Camomille Tea (spelling?) hot shower/bath. Just find a way to relax your body. Put on some white noise. I like my fan.. I usually make sure its really dark .. and have a little noise.. but just relax.
When I'm sick I use Nyquil. It works great haha.
