mediation/court hearing? It is mandatory for my ex and I to attend the PACT (Parents and Children Together) prior to mediation and court hearing regarding custody/visitation. I doubt he will cooperate and attend the orientation at the same time as me, but what will happen if he chooses never to go before our mediation date? I plan on attending regardless if he cooperates or not, but will it prevent my mediation from occurring if he chooses not to go?
I don't have an attorney. I will be representing myself.

You are asking a legal question, which should be directed to your lawyer. But I can tell you that a judge will not be happy to hear that he has failed to comply with mandatory requirements. The judge can postpone and make him go, or penalize him. You should respectfully push for a conclusion as to your issues, because of your compliance. Get your lawyer to do this. Good luck!
