Gaga is a gigantic inspiration to me, as well as millions of other fans. Use that. But, to elaborate, she's an inspiration for so many reasons.
She has many admirable characteristics that you could talk about.
- Obviously, her talent. And, anyone who denies her talent need to immediately look up one of her LIVE performances. She has a powerful voice, and is a very unique and effective performance artist. Her shows are like no other, and even better, they are designed upon her own dreams and fantasies.
- Her intelligence. If you watch one of her interviews, you will notice that she is, for a 24 year old woman, very articulate, and has a very charming and refreshingly witty sense of humor.
- Her devotion. She is so very devoted to her art that, you can watch videos online, she is passing out on stage from overworking herself and dehydration, but she continues to sing and even throw up her monster paws as shes laying down! Also, she said in a Rolling Stone interview that doesn't like to drink water onstage, because she wants the audience to feel like she is not human, to fit into her dream-like atmosphere.
- Her fearless behavior. (That's definitely a given)
I wrote an essay on my idol, as well, and it was about her too.
I wrapped up with one of my favorite quotes from her.
"Well, that's your opinion, isn't it? And I'm not going to waste my time trying to change it."
It really summarizes how the plethora of negative criticism and publicity towards her never hinders her lifestyle. She will continue to make art. She will continue to entertain. She will continue to shock. She will continue to be Gaga.
